One delivery. One very bad night. And a city that is definitely not having a good day.

Bryan is a medical courier who is just about ready to call it a night when he is given one final delivery to Raccoon General Hospital in Raccoon City, Colorado.

His final job of the night is simple enough: deliver a mysterious package to Raccoon General Hospital. But while driving through a remote, snow covered road, things take a terrifying turn.

Already distracted after an emotional phone call with his girlfriend Michelle about her pregnancy, Bryan accidentally hits a woman crossing the road. She appears barely conscious, so he tries to get her to the hospital. Then Deputy Sheriff Wilson arrives, takes charge of the situation and orders Bryan to follow him.

Within minutes, everything spirals out of control. The police car swerves into the darkness and when Bryan goes to assist, he finds the Deputy Wilson dead and the seemingly helpless woman has now becomes violent. Bryan is forced to defend himself before abandoning his damaged vehicle and seeking shelter at a nearby house. Instead of finding safety and solace, Bryan encounter things that are definitely not from this world.

As Bryan desperately tries to find help, he begins to realise that this isn't just some random outbreak. People are changing. Animals are mutating. And the dead are becoming something else entirely - they will not stay dead.

His desperate journey eventually takes him through a dark tunnel, where he encounters an infected child and learns that the nightmare is connected to Umbrella Corporation. According to two Umbrella employees who rescue him, the mysterious package he has been carrying may contain the key to stopping the outbreak.

But there is one major problem. Bryan has already been bitten.

As he pushes deeper into the devastated city, his condition rapidly deteriorates. Yet with Raccoon General Hospital ahead of him and time running out, he refuses to stop. Every floor brings a new form of nightmare and scarier from the floor before. 

By the time Bryan reaches the laboratory, the race is no longer simply about surviving the outbreak. 

Is Bryan carrying the promise of salvation or delivering the beginning of the end?

MY REVIEW

What I Like:  

• I like Bryan. He is an ordinary guy that is having a very bad day and he is not a hero in whatever sense.
• It has enough mixture of action, horror and funny too. 
• The monsters are truly grotesque.

What I Don't Like:

• Too short I would say. But perhaps, another sequel?

Will I Watch It Again: Yes, I don't mind watching it again.
