Vino is Raisa's son. He loves hanging out with Donald and Farel in their flat unit while his mother, a single parent, goes to work. Donald and Farel are university students and sometimes, Kayla, their tomboyish classmate, comes over to discuss university assignments.

One day, while playing hide and seek with his 3 friends at a nearby circus plot adjacent to their housing area, Vino discovers a unique wooden musical box. He loves the box so much that he hugs the box while sleeping. The next day, he flaunts the box to his three friends.

Not long after, one by one of his friends are found dead in a short span of time, all ruled as suicides. What baffles the residents is that these children were bright, cheerful, and came from loving families. Their sudden deaths leave the community in shock and fear.

The peaceful apartment soon turns sinister when Donald, Farel, and Kayla discover dozens of drawings of a mysterious clown in the rooms of the three dead children. The same image begins to appear in Vino’s sketches, raising a terrifying possibility that he might be the next victim. The trio’s search for answers leads them down a dark path, one that blurs the line between reality and the supernatural.

Desperate to protect Vino, they seek help from Nikki, a woman with psychic abilities and ironically, Donald’s old rival on social media. Together, they try to uncover the origin of the evil presence stalking their building. But the deeper they dig, the closer the terror creeps.

As the haunting escalates, the group realizes they are not merely investigating a series of deaths. They are confronting an ancient, vengeful entity bound to the spirit of the clown.

Will they be able to save Vino from being the next victim?
