Green Parks, Spacious Homes & Weekend Thrills: Laman Sendayan 2 Has It All | I didn’t plan to be impressed that day. I wasn’t even house hunting, I just tagging along with a friend, really, on a casual site visit to Laman Sendayan 2, expecting another typical housing area. But somewhere between the wide, tree-lined roads and the bold landmark signage that greeted us at the entrance, I thought, “Wow… this feels like home.”
Set within Bandar Sri Sendayan, Laman Sendayan 2 doesn’t feel like it’s “in development.” Instead, it’s a “thriving community.” It feels alive. Mature trees, clean roads, and thoughtfully built homes are all part of a township that’s already thriving. And what surprised me? How peaceful it was, even with everything happening around it. There’s a sense of thoughtful planning. This isn’t just about houses; it’s about living.
We stopped by a park in the middle of the neighborhood, and it was easy to imagine slow mornings here with kids at the playground, morning walks with a view, and maybe a futsal game in the evening. Everything felt built for balance. Green spaces, cycling tracks, sports courts, playgrounds which clearly designed for real living.
It’s not just nature either. Laman Sendayan 2 is packed with convenience. You’ve got d’Tempat Country Club nearby, the largest clubhouse in the state that is perfect for weekend swims or a game of squash. Matrix Global Schools is just minutes away if you’ve got kids (or are planning to), and if you’re into thrills, X-Park Sendayan is just around the corner with paintball, go-karts, and more. Need a caffeine fix or groceries? Sendayan Merchant Square has everything from Watsons to Family Mart to Zus Coffee.
And the homes themselves? Spacious, clean design, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a built-up of 1,601 sq.ft. The kind of space that grows with your family. The price? Here’s where it really hit me from RM405,000 (Bumi price)! For a landed home! In a mature township!
I did a quick mental comparison and realized that for the same price in Klang Valley, you’re probably getting a compact high-rise apartment with no backyard and a shared parking space.

Apparently, it’s all possible thanks to a state government policy that keeps prices accessible. But here’s the catch- it won’t last. This kind of opportunity doesn’t come by often, and once it’s gone, prices will only move one way: UP.
Driving away that day, I felt something I didn’t expect. I felt a pull. Maybe it was the calm vibe, maybe the layout, or maybe just that rare feeling of “this could be it.”
I came for the ride. But now I’m thinking “Maybe it’s time to stay”.
