- Lindsay Lohan and Julia Butters didn’t hit the waves themselves — slick editing and CGI put their faces on pro surfers for those epic scenes.

Two decades after the first switch, Anna is now a successful music producer and a proud single mom to Harper, her witty teenage daughter. Life seems good until Harper clashes at school with Lily, a posh British newcomer who loves flaunting her fashion dreams. The two clashes.
Tess is trying to become a podcaster and an avid supporter of Anna when Anna decided to become a single parent and always wants to be there for her daughter and grand daughter, at times too much and not necessarily wanted by Anna.
After a messy chemistry class incident between Harper and Lily, Anna lands in the principal’s office and crosses paths with Eric, Lily’s charming dad.
Six months later, Anna and Eric are engaged. But none of their daughters love the idea of them becoming family, living together and the possibility of them moving across the pond.

Things spiral at Anna’s bachelorette party, where a mysterious psychic, Madame Jen, delivers cryptic fortunes. Suddenly, an earthquake hits and the next morning, Anna swaps bodies with Harper, while Tess trades places with Lily.
Anna and Tess advise the teens to keep quiet and play along which is easier said than done when Harper and Lily see a golden opportunity to break up the wedding. They revel in their adult bodies, dabble in sabotage, and even rope in Anna’s old crush, Jake Austin.
As secrets unravel, so do hearts. Harper discovers Eric’s genuine love for Anna and second-guesses her mission. Meanwhile, Lily, fueled by grief and homesickness, lashes out, nearly destroying everything at the rehearsal dinner.
How far will they go to swap back and at what cost?
