Being Obese Is Expensive


Orang selalu cakap "Senang hati nampak. Tu yang semakin 'sihat' ye" especially kepada yang baru berkahwin.
Baru berkahwin dan being 'sihat' ada kaitan ek?

My personal opinion adalah gaya hidup je sebenarnya.
Masa bujang, you are too busy to notice yang you tak makan pada masa yang betul dan teratur dan ada banyak kerja nak buat sehingga menjadi seakan-akan tidak terurus dan kurus.

Selepas berkahwin, especially lelaki, dia mula berasa santai dek kerana telah ada yang mula menguruskan hariannya. Makan, pakai dan segalanya. Makan pun dah teratur. Lebih banyak lepak di rumah daripada bermain bola dengan rakan-rakan.

Selepas makan, baring-baring bersama yang tersayang.
No more lepak-lepak atau main futsal dengan rakan-rakan.
In a way, yes - senang hati la menyebabkan 'sihat'.
But kalau berterusan, adakah masih boleh senang hati?

Kesan kegemukan pada diri kita dan kualiti hidup. Sanggup ke?
Ada banyak implikasi negatif apabila kita mencecah obesity.
Dan sudah tentu, banyak ubat-ubatan dan rawatan yang perlu dijalani/ diambil apabila sudah mencecah tahap kritikal.
Heck!
Even belum kritikal pun dah kena makan macam-macam ubat agar tidak menjadi kritikal kan.

Nak ubati kencing manis, MAHAL
Nak ubati darah tinggi, MAHAL
Nak ubati kolestrol, MAHAL

Terasing kerana susah nak membuat aktiviti bersama rakan-rakan, MENYEDIHKAN 
Perasan segan yang tebal, MENYEDIHKAN

Sudahnya, nak kurus kena masuk gym bagai, MAHAL GAK

So, lebih baik kita mencegah dari merawat kan!

Yang ini berkaitan dengan isu yang lebih dewasa (18SX).

For guys, apabila menjadi semakin boroi atau 'sihat', zakar pun boleh menjadi pendek tau.
Dari segi perubatan, bukannya semakin pendek, tetapi semakin tenggelam dan terlindung!

Almaklum, saiz zakar Asia taklah sebesar atau sepanjang mana.
Jika sudah disembunyikan oleh lemak-lemak di bahagian ari-ari, apakah yang tertinggal?

For the ladies pula, jangan sampai suami keliru mana satu your boobs and your tummy la kan.
Adakah keadaan sebegini akan menyemarakkan kebahagiaan dan keintiman suami isteri?

Oh ye, kegemukan juga menyebabkan jangkitan kuman pada lipatan lemak serta menimbulkan bau-bau yang tidak menyenangkan.
I think that is a major turn-off kan?

So, rakan-rakan, being married is not your license to let yourself go and be 'sihat'.
Take care of yourself and be happily married until your old age claims you (atau sehingga tiba waktunya la kan).

Do not go prematurely just because your obesity causes you your relationship or worst, your life.

  13. Exercising isn't expensive unless your motivation needs to be bought la haha! Exercise from home can also prevent obesity from happening.

  14. I very concern about my weight so I plan my weight accordingly. I found is hard to lose weight when age getting older and metabolism slow down. Thank you for sharing this. useful for those that which to slim dwn
