Aptly titled as ‘Citarasa Serantau’, this buffet dinner is part of the nationwide campaign by Hilton hotels in Malaysia. 

Inspired by Malaysia’s unique cultural tapestry and culinary heritage, this year’s theme calls for all foodies to explore the iconic flavors of Malaysia and beyond. Citarasa Serantau which means flavors or taste from the region, not only highlights local favorites but also dishes from our neighboring countries like Indonesia and Thailand. Malaysia stands out as the center of diversity in Asia and Citarasa Serantau at Hilton, is a testament to that.

The themed buffet features a variety of its signature dishes and action stalls that promise a feast for the senses. And to keep the buffet interesting, the buffet menus are also kept on a weekly rotation to give diners a fresh experience every time. 

The outlet offers an enhanced dining experience for diners and features a wide array of premium signature dishes such as: 

• Laksa Utara
• Bubur Lambuk Daging
• Aneka Kerabu & Sambal
• Kambing Panggang
• Nasi Hujan Panas
• Shish Tawook
• Salmon Perchik Mangga
• Chicken Shawarma and more. 

These signature dishes are not only crowd favorites but have been put together carefully to bring unique dishes to diners as part of the dining experience at Garden Grille. 

The Price

So, what's the price tag looks like for Citarasa Serantau at the Garden Grille Ramadan Buffet?

• RM128 nett per adult 
• RM64 nett for the child. 
• Children below 5 years old eats for free. 
• Diners can enjoy an early bird special which is RM108 nett per adult and RM54 nett per child which is 6 to 12 years old. 

The dining period for the early bird special will be on 23 to 30 March 2023. 

Citarasa Serantau Ramadan Buffet at Garden Grille will be available from 23 March to 21 April 2023.
