Respect

Give Respect to get Respect - Don't Force It!

Growing up, I saw my family (immediate and extended families) as 1 Malaysia family.

I have an auntie whose sons and daughters mix-marriage - one married to an Indian, one married to a Chinese, one married to a Malay and one married to a Christian Melanau.

The whole family of my late uncle reverted to Islam and my late grandmother was cool about it. The whole family embraced them lovingly.

My cousins, many are reverted, faces no disrespect whenever they are home with their Christian family.

Why?

Because we respect each other and found no need to disrespect others.

Perhaps you would say "Memang lah tak gaduh sebab jumpa sekali-sekala".
NOPE!
You are wrong.

Some of those that I mentioned above even stay in the same district as their family and often socialized together (festivities, funeral etc) and still lives on as family. Masing-masing tahu batas pergaulan dan sensitiviti yakni SALING MENGHORMATI

So, please Malaysia, ada banyak lagi benda kita nak kena fikirkan rather than spending most of our time and started hating each other over another (meaningless???) issue.
Malu bila kena sindir macam nie tau.

Bak kata Faizal Tahir "I believe we are better than this"
