Nowhere [Movie Review] | When a movie becomes viral and gets so much attention online, of course I will follow suit and watch it too.

A few friends recommended to watch Nowhere. Did it hit or did it get nowhere?

Nico and Mia tries to find a better tomorrow and run from their country where women and children are being victimised, to enable enough food for the rest. Mia is pregnant - so she might be the number one victim if they stay. 

They managed to get into the shipping container after evaded dogs, soldiers and spotlights. Inside the container, there were several other people, also running to a greener pasture, wherever that may be.

Just as they were about to depart, another group of refugees enter the container and causes commotion. Amidst the commotion, the duo splits up and Nico is being sent into another container. 

Crying herself to sleep after the splits up, Mia awakes to another commotion when the container was stopped at a roadblock. The cruel soldier manages to point out the hiding spots of the refugees in the container and instructs his soldiers to kill everyone inside the container. The only one left is Mia, as she manages to climb up a crate literally seconds before the shooting begins. 

The soldiers get rid of the corpses and let the container on its way. Mia realises that her container is now onboard of a ship.

Along the way, the sea turns against the ship and Mia's container is thrown off board. 

How is she going to survive the ocean, in a container in the middle of the ocean, with a baby soon on its way?

MY REVIEW

Plot: 4.4/ 5.0 At first I was really scared for Mia and her unborn baby. But I think some scenes were too long and somehow it becomes repetitious that you just want it to just done with. 

Some scenes were too long that somehow it kills my claustrophobic. But the concept of a parent holding on just for the sake of the child is beautifully shown in the movie.

Cast: 4.7/ 5.0 Beautiful performance by Anna. 

Will I Watch It Again: Yes I don't mind watching it again.
