HealthLand Opens A New Outlet in Ampang. I Went and Loved My Visits | I recently learned that HealthLand  has opened a new outlet in Ampang. So, once again I decided to pamper myself and check out the latest outlet.

This time around, I decided to give Thai Traditional Treatment a try. As all wise shoppers do, I immediately bought the promotion voucher of RM99 for a two-hour session.

Immediately after buying the voucher, I called the outlet to book my session. The receptionist was helpful, and I got to choose a male masseur for me too. My sister, Anggerik, wanted a female masseur, whereas Jae and Louis also wanted male masseurs. He assisted my requests, and I got all my requests.

On the day, we went to the outlet. Located just above Sushi King, the outlet is just a floor walk above and occupies two floors of the building. 

Inside, the ambience is calm, serene and inviting. 'The very definition of healing', I thought to myself.

The receptionist checked my voucher and booking and immediately brought us to our rooms. Anggerik had her own room, while Jae and Louis occupied theirs. I was brought to a single room - YEAY! I get to experience the treatment alone. I didn't mind sharing with others, but if I wanted to scream alone, I could! 

The masseur skillfully applied pressure to relax and rejuvenate my entire body. Then the whole session started with a lot of deep pressure, gliding, rolling, stroking, rubbing and stretching all over my body - literally from my head to my toe. All these movements were done using his palms, thumbs, elbows and knees - only this time it was done without oil.

If I thought the first session at the Pudu outlet was acrobatic, this treatment got even more extreme. Not bad extreme, but extremely good. The masseur kinda broke my body in half, and it felt good. At one point, my legs were up in the air while he pulled my legs to straighten them.

Oh ya. For Thai Traditional Treatment, you will be given a shirt and pants to wear during the session.

Once the two-hour session was up, we were treated to ginger tea - the kind of tea that I love. And when I asked around - everybody was happy and felt extremely good after their sessions. We even decided to have another session again, in the future.

So, two weeks after the first session at the Ampang outlet, I decided to pamper myself again as I have been physically and mentally exhausted due to huge workloads and deadlines. I immediately looked for HealthLand's amazing voucher deals and decided to have another go at the Thainess Oil Treatment. I really needed that deep pressure and massage.

As per before, I was given disposable underwear and a head cover before the session started. The masseur came in, covered my body in batik clothing, and the session started. The masseur was such an expert that he managed to put pressure in the right places as I kept on burping throughout the session. Luckily, I did not emit gas though, hahaha!

You don't like getting the oil treatment, as you might end up all oily after the session? No worries, as the masseur will clean your body after the session, and you can go anywhere after that, without fear that you might smell like oil or massage oil.

Oh ya, you can even choose the oil you want to use during the session.

Overall, these massage sessions had truly helped me ease my muscle tension and feel more relaxed and rejuvenated!
