The Kill Room [Movie Review] | In the current modern and demanding world that we are living in, there is no limit to what anyone would do just to survive.

The Kill Room is a movie of that testament, which I accidentally stumbled upon over the weekend.

Patrice is the owner of Program Gallery, a struggling gallery that barely makes any sales whenever there is a show. Her intern, Leslie is determined to sale any art piece but it seems that they are both down on their lucks.

When her 'medication dealer' comes to collect, Patrice pays the dealer with one of the art as she is very low in cash. When Gordon, a baker cum money-launderer learns about Patrice and how she pays her medication using arts, a new idea comes into his mind.

He proposes to Patrice that they will start selling arts by unknown artist - whatever the art is and uses the money-laundering scheme to 'wash it off'.

Gordon ask Reggie, his muscleman, to come up with whatever art that he can come up with. So, as he is of muscle and not of brain, Reggie agrees and starts painting. And the money starts pouring in into Program Gallery's account.

Happy that the gallery is not closing and doing quite well now, Leslie starts oversharing about the list of arts that they have been selling and somehow people wants to know about the unknown artist creating very controversial art. 

Patrice quickly named the artist as The Bagman.

When she visits Reggie at his 'studio', she quickly attracted to some 'art forms' and 'displays' that Reggie has.

By now, the arts created by The Bagman is highly sought after and Patrice is bombarded with demands to have more of the art in her gallery - to show and to sale. 

Meanwhile, Reggie now realises that he can become an artist and live a normal, straight life. He does not have to be the muscleman anymore. But there is no way for him to come out of his current thug life. 

Can Patrice get more art from Reggie while he is trying to straighten his life out of the dark side?

MY REVIEW

Plot: 4.7/ 5.0 It says comedy as the genre of the movie, I immediately watched it - with Uma and Samuel in it. I have little expectation going into it.

But turns out the movie and the plot is good. One thing could lead to another, depending on the choices you make.

And the plot at the last scene was sweet!

Cast: 4.7/ 5.0 Uma, Samuel and Joe did great in this one. 

Will I Watch It Again: Yes, I would!
