- Also known as Dracula: Voyage of the Demeter.
- It is an adaptation of 'The Captain's Log' from the 1897 novel Dracula.
- The movie took 20 years in development, having changing directors, writes and script several times.

The movie starts with a ship, Demeter washes ashore in England. Among the wreckage found is the captain's log - detailing the gory incidents that has happened while it was on water, making its way from Varna, Bulgaria to England.
A month earlier, Demeter picks up cargo for transportation to London. Among the cargo are fifty unmarked wooden crates of unknown content with the dragon emblem on it. The emblem seems to scare the locals.
Clemens, a doctor from Cambridge University, wants to be the crew of Demeter but was rejected by Mr Wojchek. The captain accepts Clemens as the crew after he saves Toby, the captain's grandson from being crushed by one of the loose crates.
While manning the ship sailing at night, the crew see a mysterious figure in the fog. Clemens finds a woman with multiple bite marks buried in one of the crates that falls and breaks open. He performs blood transfusions to treat her.
The next day, the crew finds out that the animals on board are killed.

When Anna, the woman in the crate, wakes up and warns them that there is a monster called Dracula, is also on board, and it feeds on human blood. She claims that she is the feeding bag for the monster while on board, but the crew is a bit reluctant to trust her.
The crew starts to believe her story when the crew starts to die one by one, due to a peculiar bite marks to their neck. The list of victim includes Toby, to which the Captain has a hard time of letting go.
They also learn that those bitten and did not die will burn once expose to the sun.
Now, in order to stay alive, the remaining crew member decides to destroy the ship and drown Dracula.
How will they save themselves while attempting to kill Dracula?

MY REVIEW
Plot: 4.3/ 5.0 The movie has a slow burn vibe to it. Not so much on the jumpscare throughout the movie but still brings the chilling sensation.
Cast: 4.3/ 5.0 No complaint whatsoever there.
Will I Watch It Again: Yes, I don't mind watching it again.
