Which one is your choice?

After warded for almost two months before, I am much more conscious about my health nowadays.
Heeding the Doc's order, I always have my health check-up twice a year.

I was all good until my Doc pointed out that I am getting wider and fatter.
He warned me that he will enlist me into an obesity clinic if I get heavier.

Not wanting to be in the clinic, I tried all methods to reduce my weight but to no avail. 
Not that I am not eating right or any of the products that I have mentioned are not working, but my habit of TV eating and lying down right after meals get in my way of cutting down my weight.

During the last check up in January 2016, the Doc advised me to see the Dietitian as he discovered that my cholesterol level is high (only by 0.01 from the normal reading!). 
After I confessed everything to the Dietitian, she advised me to cut down on my eating all the oily goody foods and my habit of lying down or TV eating. 
And I have to shed off at least 10 kgs to achieve a healthy BMI.

10 KG?
How am I supposed to do that?

CRAZY DIET?
LIPOSUCTION?
Coincidently, my workplace launched a program similar to The Biggest Loser. The program was designed to assist people with high BMI to lose weight during the 6-week programme.

I enlisted and got accepted as my BMI was close to very fat (HATE IT).

What do we do during the six week? 
We exercised three-times a week, 1-hour per session and guided on how to eat healthily.
I followed every instruction to the T and amazingly, my bad habit of TV eating and lying after meals slowly disappeared.

I also took my Set Kurus Bajet. Mind you that as I have mentioned before, the Set Kurus Bajet is not a miracle supplements - it requires your commitment too in order for it to work.

The end result?

I managed to shed off almost 6 kgs of my weight and 4 inches from my waist!
Now the mission continues to shed off a little more and maintain it.

I am sure my Doc will be surprised to see that I have slim down during my next appointment.
