So what do they have in store for you that's on sale?
Every single piece of fashion items are on sale here - skirts, dresses, blouses, blazers, pants, jeans, baby fashion items, shoes, necktie, bags, inner clothing, sports clothing and many more. Lulu has all the fashion for all the occasions - wedding, dinner, office, casual and sports attire are abundant here!
And Lulu Hypermarket's specialities are the sarees and churidars and they are also on the sale too. Here in Lulu, one will be spoilt for choices with a wide range of colours, fabrics, quality and prices. With the ever helpful Sales Assistants always on standby to assist you, you will find the fashion of your choice and its accompanying accessories too!
If you are like me, I love to mix and match items to my mood of the day. And having a variety of items available for the choosing certainly helps!
Here's a trick that will assist you in your upcoming shopping trip to Lulu.
- Once you've arrived at Lulu Hypermarket, head on straight to Level 1. Don't let the other amazing sale on the ground level to distract you just yet.
- Tour Level 1 to identify your style - be attentive to the poster of the sale (as shown above). Be mindful that the items might be located in different areas of Level 1, so please mark the location of the items (having a friend/ a companion certainly helps to be the assistant hahaha)
- Once done with the tour, grab the items and ask the Sales Assistant if they do not have your size on the rack (Lulu Hypermarket has all the sizes too).
- Have all the items? Go to the Fitting Room if you want to try them out.
- Sort out your fashion items to two halves. Lets' say that you the items that total up to RM450.
- Put the cumulative items of RM300 to another pile and have your companion hold on to the other RM150.
- Head straight to the counter. The cashier rings the first pile of RM300. And after your payment, the cashier will give you the cashback voucher of RM150.
- Give the cashier the second pile of RM150 and the voucher that you have just received.
- Now you are done - you one Smart Shopper!
Level 2: Digital, Home Decor & Household
Now you have the savings of RM150. Where to next?
You may want to visit Level 2 where all the electrical and electronics items are. You'll be amazed at the low prices of those gadgets, electricals and electronics that they have in store. Even though the cashback sales do not include this section, the price is already low as it is!
- Your kid needs an iPhone? You'll find it here.
- Your eldest needs iron to iron clothes in the university? Lulu has all range here.
- You need to start eating clean thus wants to buy an air fryer? My friend Mahamahu says the price here is very competitive.
- Your second living room needs a new set of TV, air condition unit, ceiling or standing fan and a vacuum cleaner? Get all of those here.
Then you need to buy new pans and kettles, carpets, kitchen utensils and new china for the kitchen?
You'll find it all at the other wing on Level 2. Believe me when I say you'll be spoilt for choices and the competitive price here.
Ground Level: Grocery & Fresh Food

Let's head to the ground floor where you'll find all your grocery needs - from the well-known Eastern spices to the salmon meat, and from the biodegradable plastic garbage to the environment-friendly dishwasher.
Did you remember why I cautioned you earlier not be distracted by the sales on the ground level?
At times, there might not be a sale at all. And the cashback campaign is not applicable to this level too.
BUT
You'll be ecstatic too as the price for all items, may it be dry items or wet items, they are all very competitive. On two different occasions, I have calculated the grocery items that I have in my cart and the total was RM160 and RM180 each. At the cashier, I was amazingly shocked that the total was RM153 and RM173 as Lulu will also give discounts at the cashier!
Talking about being a smart shopper!
When it comes to spending, there is no such thing as being too careful with what we spend - it is all about being smart with the moolah!
